To make your order, please come visit Trading Post and talk to our staff. We are more than happy to help you with your special order!


  1. Come to Custom Shop
    • We do not accept any order over the phone or Email.
  2. Fill out the order form
  3. Complete payment
    • Payment is made in full at the time of placing an order. 
  4. Submit the verbiage 
    • Verbiage needs to be submitted to the Trading Post at the time of placing order. 
    • If wording is not submitted within 24 hours of placing an order, the order pick-up date will be extended accordingly. 
    • Please double check the spelling and punctuation for the verbiage and email address.
  5. Wait for your pick up date
    • ‚ÄčTypical turnaround time ranges from 5-7 days.
      • Keep the statement about longer processing time during PCS and holiday seasons.
      • Keep statement about rush orders.‚Äč
  6. Pick up
    • Please bring a copy of your receipt when the order is ready for pick-up.

Submit Verbiage with Correct Spelling

  • Ensure all spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and grammar are correct as we will not be held liable for any mistakes or misspellings and submit it to the Trading Post.

Advanced Payment

  • All orders require advanced payment.

No Refund

  • If the order has been completed, refund cannot be made.

Rush Fee

  • Rush fee will be charged if the order was required for sooner than normal turn around.*
