We provide a variety of sedans, station wagons, vans and RVs for all your travel needs while here at Fuji. Our vehicles are available at daily or monthly rates and come with toll passes included to help enhance and expand your experiences as you explore Japan. Make a reservation in advance, especially for busy weekends and holidays. We offer a 20% discount for rentals over one month!

A 34-room recreation lodging facility located aboard Camp Fuji. All rooms are double occupancy only unless approved by the front desk or management. Rooms include private bath, queen size bed, TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and a closet.

* The Mountain View Inn is not a pet friendly facility. No pets of any type are allowed to enter the facility.

Eligibility

• Active-duty military, reservists, retirees, military dependents, DoD civilians, government contractors  on orders and invited guests of the Commanding Officer.
• Sponsors must be at least 18 years of age.​

Reservations

• All reservations require a valid credit card. Mountain View Inn does not accept cash, checks, money orders, or traveler’s checks.
• Reservations can be made during business hours by calling DSN 224-8500 or Commercial 0550-88-5850.​

Late Check-out & Cancellation Policy & Fees

• Late checkout up to 1500 will be assessed at ½ the daily rate.
• Late checkout after 1500 will be assessed at the full daily rate.
• Cancellations need to be made 2 days prior to check-in day.
• No notice for cancellation prior to 2 days or after will be charged a full daily rate for each room booked.
• Any theft of room items, damage, destruction, or actions that render a room uninhabitable will result in charges in accordance with established policy.
• Lost or stolen keys will be charged $50 fee per physical key.

Regulations

• Using your own equipment to heat food or drinks is not allowed due to fire risks.
• According to the facility key agreement, lost or stolen keys will be charged a $50 fee.

Guests have the convenience of charging items to their rooms for easy payment at checkout, or patrons may pay at the front desk at the time of purchase. Pavilions are the perfect place to play, relax, and reflect. Picnic tables, grills and horseshoe pits are available, making it a great venue for special gatherings. Reservations are required for use of the Pavilion.

Process

1. Come to Custom Shop
   • We do not accept any order over the phone or Email.
2. Fill out the order form
3. Complete payment
   • Payment is made in full at the time of placing an order. 
4. Submit the verbiage 
   • Verbiage needs to be submitted to the Trading Post at the time of placing order. 
   • If wording is not submitted within 24 hours of placing an order, the order pick-up date will be extended accordingly. 
   • Please double check the spelling and punctuation for the verbiage and email address.
5. Wait for your pick up date
   • ​Typical turnaround time ranges from 5-7 days.
     • Keep the statement about longer processing time during PCS and holiday seasons.
     • Keep statement about rush orders.​
6. Pick up
   • Please bring a copy of your receipt when the order is ready for pick-up.

Trips, Recreation and Transportation offers private transportation services at very reasonable rates. We have several large passenger buses equipped with comfortable seating and a TV for movies. We can also create customized Liberty Packages. Transport your unit in style!
