Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Prevention and Education is proud to introduce the Gottman Workshop: The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work.
FAP Prevention and Education will offer a full-day workshop on Friday, May 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The workshop is based on the New York Times bestseller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman and Nan Silver. It will teach participants how to improve friendship, fondness, and admiration in their relationships.
Participants will also learn skills and tools to manage conflict in a healthy way, addressing both solvable and ongoing challenges. The workshop will help couples create shared meaning in their marriage by improving communication and building a stronger emotional connection.
