Volunteer Opportunity: Back to School Resource Fair

The MCCS School Liaison Program is seeking volunteers to help put on a great back-to-school event for our active-duty families.

SHIFT 1

Time
8am - 10am

Location
MCCS Yuma HQ, BLDG 693

Task
Move backpacks and supplies to event space and help set up event space as needed.

Volunteers Needed
8-10

Attire
Appropriate civilian or UOD.

SHIFT 2

Time
3:30pm - 6:30pm

Location
Sonoran Pueblo Event Center, BLDG 1200

Task
Event assistance, checking in guests, distributing backpacks, and event teardown/clean up.

OTHER NOTES
​Volunteers are responsible for requesting an LOA and providing the POC with their name, rank, and contact information upon registering to volunteer so that an LOA can be provided.
