Please Note

• Per MCO 1320.11H & MCO 1754.10B, attendance is mandatory for all ranks 90 days before Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move to ensure Service Members receive the latest updates from subject matter experts.
• Orders are not required and family members are highly encouraged to attend.
• Smooth Move Workshop is intended for Service Members and families who have outbound orders from Okinawa. 

End Of Active Service (EAS) or Retirement

If you attended an in-person Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS) or Pre-Retirement Seminar (PRS) before June 27, 2022, you do not need to complete the Smooth Move Workshop, as it was included in your Seminar.

You will need to bring your final CO-verified TRP eForm (DD Form 2648) and your checkout sheet to any Transition Readiness Office or Personal and Professional Development (P&PD) Resources Office to receive a Smooth Move completion stamp.
