FAQs
Who is qualified for a chance to win during the event?
All active duty, retired, and reserve military personnel, and their dependent family members over 18 years old. Identification required.
Where do I go if I lose my child?
If your child becomes lost, we will announce it on the Public Address system and will be by the DJ area/stage, PMO will be notified as well. Please educate your child on the procedure at the beginning of the event.
Is handicapped parking available?
Handicapped parking will be available on the southern side of the MCX building, behind Navy Federal. The north and main MCX parking lots will be closed for parking during the event.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
Yes, the event is located outdoors. Food and beverages will be also available for purchase at the event and food court inside the MCX.
Can I bring my pets?
Only service dogs are permitted.
Where is the parking for the event?
The West MCX parking lot will be closed for the event, additional parking can be found on the north and south side of the MCX.
Can I bring a shopping cart into the venue area?
Shopping carts are not allowed in the venue area. However, they are available for shopping inside the MCX.
Is there a designated smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted inside the barricaded venue area.
Will there be restrooms available?
Chemical toilet restrooms will be available within the Tree Lighting event area, additional restrooms are located within the MCX by the food court.
What family activities are available?
- Santa & Mrs. Claus – Bring your camera and take your picture from 5pm-8pm!
- Free carnival games
What are the hours of the event?
5pm-8pm. Please arrive early for the best available parking.
