Barre with Emma
Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It focuses on small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and light resistance (often using body weight, light dumbbells, resistance bands, or a ballet barre for support).
